Berardi Fasteners has started a partnership with a Stuttgart-based company founded in 1922. 

With clients in over 70 countries and more than 200 employees, it is considered a world leader in production of cable glands. The products are all “Made in Germany”, and manufactured with modern injection moulding and multi-spindle CNC machines, ensuring maximum quality.

It boasts a fully equipped testing lab, to try the protective action of its cable glands:

• Dust (IP 5x, 6x)
• Water (IP 3x to 9x)
• Mechanical tests on items previously treated in an environment testing chamber

Dimensional conformity of Jacob’s cable glands is accurately tested with a digital comparator and threaded tampons, regularly tested in a controlled temperature lab.
